You can easily find different types of Chinese food in most Southeast Asia countries which are mostly derived from the mainland Chinese cuisine. However, these foods may taste differently from the mainland Chinese cuisine. Although they remain distinctly Chinese, they might have been strongly influenced by local cultures and the use of ingredients might be different from the mainland Chinese cuisine and between countries in Southeast Asia. The Chinese cuisine in Southeast Asia has been introduced to the rest of the world and becomes famous and popular in other countries including China and Hong Kong.
Well, I'll introduce some of the famous food to you in my blog. I'll mainly get my information from www.wikipedia.org and some from others' blogs. Of course, I'll also add-on my own words here.
